CORE Matrix™

The CORE Matrix™ is a process framework designed and implemented according to the needs of the client and utilizes Outcome’s threat identification and problem solving methods. Specific internal and external resources are presented at the appropriate decision points.

The CORE Matrix™ supports all-hazards, from natural disasters to man-made incidents, both accidental and intentional.

The matrix includes reminders for the user to consider principle factors for each situation, including resources available, approved procedures, potential losses, risks and liabilities, and more. The framework enables the rapid evaluation of a vast number of hypotheses or decision alternatives and enables them to be quickly filtered to relatively few for consideration. The client can model the possibilities of variable risk mitigation strategies and direct resources efficiently in accordance with each risk.

The CORE Matrix™ can be deployed on any computer that has an Internet web browser installed.
