CORE Matrix™
The CORE Matrix™ guides the user through the stages of a crisis, providing various options, scenarios, and resources. The tool allows the team to logically and systematically manage through any crisis (natural or man-made) in a structured and reproducible fashion. It provides the client with confidence in their intelligence-based decision-making, and the knowledge that the most appropriate mitigating actions, based on the information available at the time, are taken in an effort to realize the desired outcome. |
Event Log
In order to satisfy all documentation requirements, and ensure that the processes in place are most effective, Outcome provides a real-time Event Log that enables complete process tracking and evaluation. This unique application provides a detailed incident history. By centralizing and consolidating all incident related information, the organization’s exposure can be minimized.
Outcome Review™
Essential to any crisis management process is a post-incident review to assess the pre- and trans-event activities in terms of personnel safety, asset protection, and brand reputation. Outcome’s uniquely integrated suite allows the client to objectively review the incident audit trail, identifying bottlenecks and analysis pitfalls that may have been encountered during the incident. Performance will be measured against client-specific benchmarks and compliance guidelines. The Outcome evaluation (scorecard) will provide the client with a series of process improvement recommendations. Finally, the client net crisis management rating will be confidentially compared against other organizations’ effectiveness during the same or similar events. |
